I contacted Alex to recieve a quote to service a Tag Aquaracer Automatic, and to my deligth found that he was not only less expensive than the others u contacted, but that the turn around time as far less, a 10th of one quote.
The service was proffesional and quick, with the end result being it looking as new.
I cant compliment the time provided by Alex highly enough. I have recomend him to my collegues and will continue to do so, and use him again.

Jamie Lyon: Thank You
A quick note just to say thankyou for looking after me and my watch. After previously using the manufacturer for my repairs and service (and treated as if they were doing me a favour making me wait over 8 weeks at a time for service ) It was refreshing to get a personal service with an explanation of and option to see what was going on and options as to what you wanted. My watch was repaired and serviced within two weeks, looked like new and cost a third of what the manufacturer was quoting. I will be using Alex in the future for all my watch needs and I will be recommending his services to all my friends and family without hesitation. Simply a superb service from start to finish.

Nick Hunt: Excellent service!!
After first having sent her Ebel sports watch away to get it serviced, which took a long time and was very expensive, my mum then took it to a high street shop where they did a very poor job and didn't seal it properly and it soon stopped working again. This last time I took it to Alex, who did an excellent job of sorting it out at a reasonable price, which made my mum very happy as it is the only watch she likes and she wears it all the time.
